Apart from the quality of the conversion itself, perhaps the greatest appeal is the shared indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and kids play area with climbing frame and swing. In addition to all this, a couple of the surrounding fields are there to be used by you and your dog if you need more space than there already is!

Entrance into a galleried hallway with a huge kitchen to the left with a large dining table that could seat 12 and a top of the range fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and stereo. Off the hallway is a downstairs wc. At the other end of the barn is the large open plan sitting area with plenty of space, a large wood burner and TV and DVD.

Upstairs there is a large double room with an ensuite shower room with basin and wc, 3 twin rooms, one with an ensuite shower room with basin and wc and a family bathroom with shower over the bath and wc. All the rooms have been finished to a very high standard.

Outside there is a good sized south facing terrace with access to the swimming pool and table and chairs. At the front of the property is an area of grass and plenty of space for at least 3 cars.
