A wonderful, tastefully decorated, 19th century flint cottage ideally situated on a quiet road behind the village green. Excellent access to the village centre, restuarants and shops within 2 minutes. Private garden with play area.

Well appointed cottage with all modern conveniences refurbished in May 2008.

New kitchen with halogen hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge freezer. Huge batterie of kitchen equipment incl casserole dishes, scales, blender etc Large table seats 6. Highchair and childrens plates and cutlery provided.

Wood burning stove and electric radiators thermostatically controlled - Not storage heaters. Flat screen tv in living room 26inch and main bedroom 19inch - Dvd players and HD FreeSat with both. CD and mini disc player in living room. Some wood provided.

Kingsize bed in main room, full size twin beds in other room. Crisp Egyptian cotton sheets on duvets and Egyptian cotton towels provided in both rooms - bring your own beach towels. Travel cot with soft matress available on request bring own sheets for travel cot. Stairgate if required for top of stairs - door on bottom of stairs. Potties, monitor etc also available for babies toddlers

New bathroom with high power thermostatically controlled shower - over bath, basin and toilet. Mixer taps on basin and bath. Additional separate toilet.

Books, games and toddler toys, dvds etc provided and even umbrellas and maps of local area. Garden directly to rear of house, enclosed children's play area with trampoline and swings, large patio area with Chairs, table and barbeque. Bicycle storage

Parking is easily found on the road outside the cottage. Babysitter can be arranged payable locally.

Change over day is Friday. No smoking inside the cottage. Damage deposit required. Booking terms and conditions on website.

Short breaks and long weekends available off season Sept - Apr 5,4,3 nights 90%,80%,70% of weekly cost respectively.

Christmas and New Year avaible, flexible on start dates for the weeks. 2223 xmas week and 2930 would be possible or others, just ask. Half term still avaiable.
