Clean and comfortable, with views across the village common, just a few minutes walk from the beach, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, shower over the bath,lounge/kitchen/diner.

Free WIFI is available.

All on ground floor, three steps up to property and one step in garden. Parking right outside of property.

A well equiped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher,fridge,separate freezer and washing machine.

Flat screen TV with freesat in lounge area and TV's in both bedrooms.

Enclosed patio area, parking for one car.

Egyptian cotton bed linen, Turkish cotton towels,gas central heating and electric included in price.

No smoking or pets. Guests are asked to arrive at 4pm and depart by 10am. A deposit of 20% of total price is requested on booking, and the balance to be sent 60 days before the hire period. If the booking is cancelled the deposit will not be refunded. Holiday insurance is advised.

Short stays are sometimes available (excluding July and August), please enquire.

Enclosed courtyard garden with arbour and garden furniture. Parking for 1 car. Bench seat at the front of property.

Surrounding Area

Village shops, pubs, restaurants and sandy beach are a short stroll away. Ideal for a family seaside holiday or a winter retreat. Cromer is 1 mile away, Sheringham is 3 miles.

There is a frequent bus service through the village to Cromer/Sheringham and beyond.
