ERIKAS COTTAGE in Fakenham

Description

A small step down into entrance, turn left into the sitting room with smart tv, local information flyers, sofa and two easy chairs and reading lamp, compendium of games. The room has a feature fire place (not in use - decorative only) full gas central heating installed.

Turn right into kitchen with cooker, fridge, air fryer, toaster, microwave, pots and pans etc dinning table and 4 chairs, down small step to back kitchen with sink and washing machine, then into shower room with toilet and wash basin.
Upstairs to 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a single bed. Wardrobes and drawers and tv in both rooms , also both rooms have decorative fire places.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside Property

A small cottage garden at the front of the property with its own parking space, as we are in a private road an extra car can be parked in front of the bed and breakfast next door as we own both properties.

We are a very short walk from the town centre with its restaurants and takeaways.

Surrounding Area

Fakenham has a racecourse, PensThorpe , Hawk and owl trust in next village, cinema, golf course, bowling ally,
Tesco , morrisons , Aldi, Lidl, plus independent shops.

Fakenham is 10 miles from Wells Next the Sea and the beautiful North Norfolk coast, best for bird watching and a trip out to see the seals. Norfolk has lots of national trust properties to look around.
