Welcome to Leaside Lookout.

Through the front door and into the lounge you will find a coat rack and shoe storage to accommodate all your out door clothing and shoes ready for your holiday stay. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and chairs for you to relax on, along with a 42" TV with freesat, DVD player, RADIO/ CD player with Bluetooth/Apple connection. There is also a lamp and bookcase containing books and board games . A little something for everyone to be entertained on those inclement days and evenings!

Through the lounge you will find the well equipped Kitchen/Diner with Fridge/ Freezer, Washing Machine, Microwave, Electric cooker, Toaster, Kettle, Iron and Ironing board. There is a Dining table and 4 chairs.

Through the kitchen is the back door leading to the enclosed rear garden, which is laid with patio and gravel. There is a table, umbrella, 4 chairs and a charcoal bbq, ideal for alfresco dining during the warmer weather. There is also a small storage shed available for guests to store fishing equipment, crabbing nets, buckets, spades, etc...

Upstairs you will find the double bedroom with a double bed , bedside tables with lamps, a set of drawers and a hanging rail. The view from this bedroom window is forever changing. Looking out across fields. To the left hand side in the distance you will see North beach and straight ahead in the distance is Hunstanton. You will often see deer, a varied selection of small birds, birds of Prey and if your lucky the tawney owl that hunts over the land. The views of the sunsets are amazing too.

Across the landing you will find the twin room with 2 x single beds, 2 x bedside drawers with lamps, a set of drawers, a hanging rail and a small TV.

In between both bedrooms you will find the bathroom which consists of a thermostatic shower over the bath, washbasin and WC.

All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, tea towels are included in the price.
Beach towels are not provided so please bring your own.

We can provide stair gates, a high chair and a travel cot (without bedding). Please request when booking.

Leaside Lookout is located in a quiet cul-de-sac bordering open fields with a view of Hunstanton and beach front properties from the master bedroom.

The popular West Norfolk pub/restaurant is only a 2 minute walk away at the end of the road.
Heacham North Beach and its unique East coast sunsets is only a 10 minute walk away. A 20 minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to to the village centre with its variety of restaurants and shops.

Heacham is a popular Norfolk coastal village situated 3 miles from Hunstanton, 18 miles from RSPB Titchwell and 8 miles from Sandringham on the A149 in Norfolk, England..
