Drewery's Farm Barn is a luxury spacious converted barn in a small hamlet close to the River Glaven and in easy walking distance to the renowned King's Head pub at Letheringsett. Before this transformation, it used to be home to the cows of a small dairy farm before becoming a commercial studio for a few years. In 2019, a change of use was granted and the property was renovated in 2023 to become the home from home property you will just love returning to.

There is a spacious dining area and a lounge with double doors opening into the garden area.

Underfloor heating ensuring you remain cozy even on those chilly evening.

Sorry, no pets and strictly no smoking, including vaping. We regret that electric car charging is not permitted. Please note, there are no stairgates; this property is only suitable for babies or children aged over 5. All children must be supervised at all times.

Outside Property

Outside there is ample parking on the gravel to the front of the property, and a good sized lawned area to sit in the evening sun and enjoy the view across the valley and the open countryside. Much of the Norfolk wildlife regularly visits the fields and the garden so watch out for the occasional deer, hare or barn owl to name but a few.

With country lanes from the doorstep this is an ideal location for those who love walking and also for cyclists, storage can be provided on request, bring your paddle boards or kayaks to venture with at Blakeney Quay.

Surrounding Area

Set in rolling fields, this is a place to relax and really enjoy your holiday in Norfolk. The Georgian market town of Holt is a short drive away, or you could go further afield to the City of Norwich, or to the coast at Blakeney to take a boat trip to see the seals, or perhaps go to the vast sandy beaches at Holkham or Wells.
