Guests enter the cottage through the front garden alcove which is a good place to store your crabbing buckets or walking kit, through to the big room which is a dining / reception room with dining table and 4 chairs, big comfy sofa to snooze on and occasional chairs.

The fireplace feature contains a Plasma screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player with a selection of DVD's. There is a CD/Radio system with CD's and this fresh bright room also contains a range of paintings by local Norfolk artistes.

A large picture window overlooking the garden completes the scene. Wifi internet access is also available.

The galley kitchen off the big room has been totally renovated and has good cupboard space, gas hob, oven, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, Iron & ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher as well as a range of tableware and cutlery for 6. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils to make a lovely roast dinner or just a snack. A range of condiments are provided

A rear door leads to a back area with a garden bench where you can sit with your morning coffee or a glass of wine and view Wells harbour which is across the street - yes it's that close!

Upstairs, the accommodation is a renovated bathroom with shower and the Trafalgar Blue bedroom containing a double bed and hanging rail and the Norfolk Red bedroom with two twin beds, bureau and hanging rail. The cottage is heated by electric and night storage heaters, is very well insulated for cold winters and has 1 dedicated car parking space. Bed Linen and Hand towels are provided

All in all this is a very cosy and comfortable cottage in a great location close to the harbour and walking distance to the Wells Beach, Pubs, Shops and Stores. It is the perfect place for up to 4 people to enjoy a comfortable self-catering holiday. Well behaved seaside loving dogs that don't sleep on sofas or beds are welcome.

Please note that there are low steps both within and outside the property.

The Location:
Wells next the Sea is located on the beautiful North Norfolk coast, with numerous other villages close by such as Blakeney, Burham Market, Stiffkey, Cley and Brancaster. These can be reached either by the local (and very punctual!) bus service, car or for the hardy - by foot along the coastal path.
