Description

We have one double or twin room beside our house. We also have a single/ smaller double room. Both rooms have individual access. Single occupancy in the small double is £40 per night and double occupancy is £35 per person/night. Single occupancy of the other room is £45 per night and double/twin occupancy is £40 per person/ night. Rooms are en suite, and each room has access to the outside. Guests have their own keys to use during their stay.

We regret we cannot take children or pets, and one- night stays are generally only available for Coastal Path walkers.

We try to be an eco friendly house, and to that end we have 3.6kw Photovoltaics which generally take care of our Summer consumption.

As the latest recommendations and requirements have made themselves felt, things move on, and so for the forseeable future we will just provide rooms with tea, coffee and biscuits and sometimes other treats. This is reflected in our prices for this year. Naturally, all the other necessities such as towels, etc are provided.
There are several breakfast options close by and on the quay and they offer good standards and value.

In order to help our guests to make the most of their stay, we try to have rooms ready by 2pm. We respectfully ask our guests to vacate by 11.00 am on the day of departure, unless it is by prior arrangement.

Outside Property

Off street car and dinghy parking, Garden. We also have a delightful Summerhouse that we let out on an occasional basis. It has toilet, shower, washbasin etc. Please call or message 07752123013 for availability. It is not listed on the calendar.

Walking; sailing/ boating; seal trips; cycle routes; birdwatching; exploring, or just relaxing!
