Our goal at Glaven Valley is to help put you back in control of your property. We understand that not everyone wants to use the big name platforms, such as Airbnb, and so we are well positioned to help you attract high quality enquiries from potential guests who are still looking to book directly with property owners.
We are not an agency
Whilst we work alongside many agencies, we ourselves are not one. This means that you have complete control of how you run and manage your property. You're free to choose who you rent your property to, when you wish to accept bookings, and for how much. We don't impose any onerous conditions or limitations on you or your property, so you can market it as you see fit.
Our fees
We offer a very simple pricing model, whereby we charge a fixed annual listing fee of £180. This includes all functionality with no limits imposed on the number of views or enquiries you can receive.
You also have the option to increase the prominence of your property by featuring it on one of our primary pages (such as the home page, Norfolk Holiday Cottages page, or Norfolk Bed and Breakfast page). This also means that your property will show towards the top of other search results throughout the site. There is an additional fee to feature your property in this way, however doing so is completely optional.
There are no other hidden or commission based fees to pay.
Non exclusive
If you're already working with an agency, or advertising your property on other platforms, that's no problem at all. We don't ask for any level of exclusivity when you sign up to advertise with us, but simply offer another channel to position your property in front of potential guests, and receive high quality booking enquiries.

Flexible pricing options
We have a number of different pricing options you can use to set pricing on your property. From simple but effective price ranges, through to full calendar based pricing, and changeover day controls. -
Two way iCal calendar sync
Sync as many external iCal feeds as you require to your Glaven Valley listing to ensure your calendar is always up to date. We also provide our own iCal feed which can be used to sync Glaven Valley calendar bookings to other platforms. -
Built-in availability calendar
If you're not already using an external calendar for availability, our built in availability calendar allows you to control availability shown to guests on your listing. -
Featured listings
We also offer additional featured listing positions on primary pages throughout our website, such as the homepage and Norfolk Holiday Cottages pages to further increase visibility.
