Lower Farm is a stunning Georgian farmhouse with many period features. The bedrooms are large and well appointed with floor to ceiling sash windows looking out over the established gardens and family farm. Grouse has a half-tester bed and ensuite shower room, Snipe can be either a twin or kingsize double with ensuite bathroom. Covey is the family room which has a double and single bed with ensuite shower room. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at any one time in order to comply with ratings. We are happy to have dogs (max two per room) and we also have two large traditional loose boxes for anyone who wants to come and ride along Peddars Way which Lower Farm is next to. Each room has LCD TVs, WIFI and your own fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. A delicious locally sourced breakfast is taken in the imposing family dining room, if you have any special dietary requests just let us know.

Outside Property
The farmhouse is set in two acres of established gardens and surrounded by majestic copper beach trees. There is ample parking in front of the house for cars, and plenty of parking room for horseboxes in the farmyard. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor furniture and barbecue at their leisure.

Lower Farm nestles in the heart of the charming village of Harpley, located directly on Peddars Way and the Norfolk Coastal Path so ideally situated for walkers, cyclists or riders! The Rose and Crown pub is within walking distance and serves delicious food from 12pm to 9pm every day, they also have ample outside eating areas.There are numerous award winning pubs within a 10 mile radius from Lower Farm. From Harpley it is a short drive to the vast array of attractions on the North Norfolk coast including the stunning beaches at Brancaster, Wells, Holkham and Hunstanton amongst many others. Nearby golf courses are Royal Brancaster, Hunstanton and Fakenham, there is fantastic birdwatching at Titchwell and Pensthorpe, horse racing at Fakenham, chic shopping in Burnham Market and Holt, and historic Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton Halls are on the doorstep. Lower Farm is ideally located to explore the vast array of attractions in North Norfolk that are too numerous to mention!
