"Barn conversion just 10 minutes from the coast and a few minutes walk to the pub. Available Saturday to Saturdays only."

This is a a lovely barn conversion with a huge room upstairs (23x19 ft) where you can relax and take in the view across the historic priory and countryside. Alternatively settle down to watch the 40" flatscreen TV or use the free WiFi.

Downstairs there is a kitchen (with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and washing machine, no dishwasher) a dining area, a bathroom with a power shower over a bath. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds). There are convector wall heaters in every room.

Pillows, duvets & other bedding are supplied. You'll need to bring your own sheets/duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

Electricity is provided by a coin-operated meter.

Unfortunately we're not able to accept pets and the property is non-smoking.

Children of all ages are welcome - a travel cot and high chair are provided.

How to book:
We charge an additional £100 damage deposit, which is refundable after your stay and used to secure your booking. The weekly rental (see table above) is due 1 month before your stay.

Outside Property

Undercover parking for 1 car just opposite. There's a children's playground in the village hall grounds next door with climbing frames and a zip wire!

Surrounding Area

Binham is a beautiful village close to the North Norfolk coast, the perfect base from which to explore the area.

Within a short stroll is:
- Howells general store, selling a range of essentials including alcohol and petrol.
- The Chequers Inn, the village pub offering meals from locally-sourced produce as well as a children's menu and a good range of ales

Binham has a stunning 11th Century Priory, where the nave is still intact and used for Parish services.

Holkham Beach, just 15 minutes drive away is regularly voted one of the UK's best beaches and boasts 4 miles of golden sand surrounded by pine woods.

Blakeney is a beautiful coastal village where, in addition to sailing, there are walks across the salt marshes, regular exhibitions of paintings by local artists and a wonderful variety of freshly caught fish.

Holt is a town full of lovely Georgian architecture, just 15 minutes drive away which has a wonderful range of boutique shops, restaurants, a high-quality department store. Railway enthusiasts can find the North Norfolk Steam Railway here which runs a service to Sheringham.

The area is renowned for bird-watching with plenty to see, whatever the time of year. Nearby locations include NWT Cley Marshes and Holkham Nature reserve, 15 minutes away.

For something slightly different, try the Shell Museum at nearby Glandford where the church chimes out hymns every 3 hours. Alternatively, just relax with a round of golf at one of the well known courses of Brancaster, Sheringham or Cromer.

National Trust properties in the area include the notable Blickling, Felbrigg and Oxburgh Halls. And, the Queen's residence, Sandringham House, with extensive gardens and picnic areas, is near Kings Lynn.
