My parents bought this property in the early 80s and inside was a sailing boat and many cobwebs!
Jollyboat has been sympathetically updated over the years we have owned it and been a popular cottage with anyone that has stayed.

Electric Shower, Ducasa electric radiators for heating and instant hot water to both sinks.
Sleeping Arrangements
Jollyboat is a 2 storey ,one bedroom (double) Flint Cottage with En-suite shower-room,sink & wc. Downstairs accommodation is open plan living / kitchen area Travel cot supplied for babies/ infants No smoking/ no candles or naked flames property 1 medium or 2 small dogs allowed. Well behaved dogs only . Clean on entry please Stair gate at bottom of stairs. No dogs upstairs please or left in property unattended. Cover the sofa adequately as it is cream material . A Medium size dog crate is under the stairs .
Outside Property
Jollyboat is end terraced and has triple aspect . Situated off the High Street there is a communal yard where 2 outside chairs are supplied to enjoy those warm evenings after a long day out. Bear in mind Jollyboat is only 50 metres from the Harbour and Gastro pubs/Eateries. With the delicatessen being 40 ft away ! Wonderful for those yummy essentials for your holiday.
Surrounding Area
Blakeney is in the heart of the North Norfolk coastline. Having grown up there and still many of my Uncles and Aunts live in Blakeney , I’d say it was an ideal base Village to explore East ,West or South ! Coastal path,National Trust properties, Heaths,Steam Railways, BirdWatching and Chillaxing in the many Villages locally. There’s something for everybody !
