Minimum 7 night booking from June to October and peak holidays. Saturday changeover.

Master bedroom with Superking sized bed on the top floor, double bedroom with cast iron double bed and a twin bedroom with standard single beds on the first floor. Family bathroom with cast iron roll top bath on the first floor and recently refurbished shower room with wc on the ground floor.

Outside Property

Parking for two cars to the front of the cottage. Courtyard garden to the rear with views across the creeks to Scolt Head Island. Furniture for outdoor dining and two loungers for relaxing. Outdoor room for storing equipment. BBQ available.

Surrounding Area

Pear Tree Cottage is located in one of the finest villages in North Norfolk with all the main attractions within a short walk or drive. In Brancaster Staithe there are many amenities including The White Horse pub (200m), The Brancaster Staithe Harbour (15 minute walk), The Jolly Sailors pub (12 minute walk), The Crab Hut in the harbour sells delicious seafood and the The Fish Shed (2 minute walk) sells fresh fish. The various shops at the Deepdale Stores (supermarket, petrol station, pop-up shops & food takeaways) is only a 60 second walk.

The Coastal Path is a 200m walk from the house, accessible opposite the Deepdale Stores.

Burnham Market, home of the famous Hoste Arms pub, is only a two mile drive. Whilst the neighbouring villages of Brancaster, Titchwell and Thornham are within ten minutes drive to the west and Holkham ten minutes to the east.
