Located near the beach, Dunlin is a superb self catering Norfolk coastal retreat that sleeps 6 people. Recently refurbished with new kitchen and two new bathrooms it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac position away from the coast road in Brancaster village. The property is maintained to a very high standard by the owners.

1 - Spacious Master Bedroom -Ensuite bathroom and small lounge area & TV, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and drawers - First floor.
2 - Double Bedroom - Chest of drawers, dressing table with mirror, double aspect room - Ground floor.
3 - Twin Bedroom - 2 single beds, wardrobe, small bedside storage, children's books & games - Ground floor.
Travel cot and mattress is available upon request when booking (Please bring your own cot linen).
All linen and towels are supplied, please bring your own beach towels.
KITCHEN
Electric oven & induction hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and tea towels are supplied.
BATHROOMS

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable four weeks prior to your arrival.

This comfortable and spacious house benefits from having everything on the ground floor including both double and twin bedrooms with a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom / shower and seperate lounge area on the first floor.

Child friendly location, situated away from the coast road in a quite cut-de-sac. Dunlin has ample off-street parking for up to three cars and benefits from a large spacious garden to the rear with patio seating and BBQ.

Ideal location for Brancaster Beach and the coastal path which is in walking distance - Located in the heart of Brancaster village, Dunlin is a short walk from the Village shop & Post Office, tennis court, playing field and park. The Norfolk coastal path is a short walk from the rear of the property and is an easy and scenic way to access Brancaster beach or Brancaster Staithe. The coasthopper bus stops are located a short walk from Dunlin allowing easy access to RSPB Titchwell Reserve, Burnham Market and Holkham Beach without the need to worry about car parking. The perfect location for sailing, walking, bird watching and golf at the Royal West Norfolk golf club.
