To make the most of the view and to maintain its original appearance the front of the barn is filled by five huge glass screens. The living area is semi open plan with the kitchen, dining area. It is a very spacious area dominated by an inglenook fire place with a woodburner. The living area is filled with comfy sofas, largescreen TV and DVD.

The master bedroom looks out over the meadow through two huge glass screens. No need to leave the Super Kingsize bed to enjoy the tranquillity and the stunning views! The ensuite for this bedroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower, double sinks and a huge bath.

The second bedroom looks out through a large glass screen on to the courtyard area. It has an ensuite shower room and kingsize bed.

The third bedroom has twin beds and is ensuite. There is a shower within the bath.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are finished to a very high standard - good quality, lined curtains and blinds, fully tiled bathrooms, heated towel rails etc.

The kitchen has a slightly modern feel. There is a central work station with ceramic hob, built in double oven, two fridges, separate freezer, full size dishwasher and plenty of high quality cooking equipment. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The barn is equipped with WiFi and a land line that takes incoming phone calls.

Well behaved dogs are more than welcome at a small additional charge.... please note our T&Cs regarding dogs.

I would like to put my entire Visitors' Book on - but it is not possible...... Some of our guests are now on their 40th visit and counting!!

Outside Property

At the front, the barn opens out into a courtyard which has been partly terraced. This looks out over a beautiful environmental meadow to which guests have access. Outdoor furniture and BBQ are provided. The back of the barn opens out through French Doors from the living area to a second terraced area which catches the morning sun - sit and enjoy your breakfast and enjoy the view towards Lobbs Valley and Bayses Wood.

There is ample parking for several cars and there is an EV charging point.

We offer beautiful walks on our farm that surrounds the property.

Surrounding Area

It is not easy to describe with justice the brilliant position of this barn - it is approached down a Green Lane and sits in a secluded spot in the middle of the owner's farm, overlooking an environmental meadow and a beautiful pond. The only thing that will wake you up will be the birds! Many of our guests have claimed that they are locking themselves in on their Friday departure day!

Briningham is perfectly located for exploring the North Norfolk coast - 4 miles Holt, 7 miles Blakeney.

We think it is best to be just that little bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the coastroad, yet within ten minutes short drive through the beautiful Norfolk countryside, be right by the sea. It is called having 'the best of both worlds!'

We are surrounded by a wealth of excellent pubs and cafes, The Kings Head, Letheringsett, The Pigs, Edgefield, The Wiveton Bell, Byfords, Follys Tearoom, just to mention a few..
