PLUMTREE COTTAGE
Plumtree Cottage is a pretty Georgian cottage, tastefully furnished with some local art and very much a home-from-home. it is a very short walk to the sea and beach, and is opposite the acclaimed Hero pub. It is deceptively spacious, and a light and airy cottage. It has a small-enclosed front garden which hides the cottage from the road, as well as a pretty enclosed larger garden at the back of the cottage.
ACCOMMODATION
The front door leads into a spacious hall and office area with a bleached white oak floor. To the right is a homely sitting room with open fire, sofa and comfy chairs. As well as having a smart TV with Google Chrome cast and wifi so you can stream anything from your own channels , there is a well-stocked bookcase (with OS maps and guide books), and a speaker with a Bluetooth dock so you can play your favourite playlists.
Through the hall is the dining room with a large wooden dining table and seating for six. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room. It is a good size with lots of storage space. There is an oil-fired Rayburn, an oven and hob, a microwave, dishwasher and fridge. It is very well equipped with kitchen essentials and more, crockery and glasses. The Rayburn heats the hot water which is plentiful and very hot!
There is a utility area beyond the dining room with a washerdryer, a fridgefreezer and also the second bathroom with a shower cubicle (very handy if you come back from fun on the mud slides!!).
UPSTAIRS
Upstairs there are 3 spacious and light double bedrooms. One has a king sized double bed, another has a super-king or twins, and the third has twin beds with an en-suite shower room.
