Visit website for details, including full years availability calendar. Charming, well equipped and spacious self catering, holiday cottage, in the lovely North Norfolk village of Cley-next-the-Sea, one and a half miles from Blakeney, and next to the renowned Cley marshes bird-sanctuary.

The cottage sleeps up to three, with two bedrooms and is furnished and equipped, to a high standard with some antiques and high quality paintings. It has a large, open plan living area with patio doors to garden, dining room and new, high quality eat-in kitchen- which also opens out onto the garden. Unlimited full fibre internet (FTTP) is included.

It is privately owned and let by Alison.

Outside Property

The cottage has a lovely private garden which looks out onto the historic Cley windmill. The large main bedroom has a Juliet balcony which overlooks the garden, the windmill and the Cley marshes beyond.

Surrounding Area

The traditional flint cottage, close to Cley Windmill, is located on the edge of the conservation village of Cley-next-the-Sea, on the seaward side of the village.

The sea is a short 1 mile walk away, across the Cley Marshes world famous bird reserve, or, along the beach road. One minutes walk from the cottage - the footpaths lead to the marshes and on to the Norfolk Wildlife Trust visitor centre overlooking Cley Reserve..
