Simple, light and comfortable, LITTLE ORCHARD is a haven in the heart of one of the North Norfolk coast's finest villages.

Its peaceful, traffic-free setting and spacious gardens make it a restful base for a holiday. The cottage is warm and double-glazed throughout with oil-fired central heating. The bedroom floors are carpeted, the other floors wood or tiled. There is private parking for at least 3 cars and it sleeps 6/ 7 plus travel cot.

2 twin bedrooms with dormer windows and sloping ceilings. The beds in one room can be linked together to make a super-kingsize bed.

Note
I'm sorry we don't accept smokers, vapers, or pets. Children are very welcome, but the pond in the garden is deep and could be dangerous to unattended young children so you bring them at your own risk.

- Enclosed back garden running up onto fields - with lawns, wildflowers, pond with water-lillies, rose-walk, fruit trees and paved terrace with table, chairs and bench.

Surrounding Area

Little Orchard lies in the heart of one of the North Norfolk coast's finest villages, but well away from the busy coast road, with walks from the door, Cley Marshes bird reserve just over the hill and the beach only a 10 minute walk away.

Set back up a gravel drive from a quiet lane, surrounded by gardens and backing onto fields, it is only 500m in one direction from the centre of the village with its windmill, delicatessen, smoked fish shop, pottery, gallery, restaurants and pub and in the other from the 14C Church, the village green and a second pub.
