Stunning spacious Victorian villa, with extensive sea views, and large fully enclosed south facing garden with terrace.
The house was originally built by the Lord Mayor of Norwich as a holiday home in 1890 with flint and brick elevations.
It is available all year round for weekly holiday lets or out of season for long weekends.

The house is very well appointed, there is a good sound system in the sitting room. Superfast broadband a smart TV to access Netflix, Amazon etc. We also have a den with a large Smart TV and WII games console.

There are are also games such as table tennis, a badminton set, boogie boards and younger children's toys.

The bathrooms are small and functional, with a cloakroom on the ground floor.

The house is located on the edge of Cromer heading towards Overstrand and overlooking a putting green and the sea. All amenities are within a short walking distance.

The house is in the ideal location for exploring all of the North Norfolk coast, It's a pleasant half an hour's drive away from areas such as the Stiffkey Marshes, Holkham Beach and the renowned Pubs and Restaurants in North Norfolk.
