Linhay Cottage has been lovingly converted from a former stable/cart shed into one of our two self-catering cottages here on our family farm and nestled in a peaceful rural setting. Linhay is well furnished and equipped to a very good standard. sleeps 4 (with 2 bedrooms;) or sleeps 8 options (when booked with the adjoining Amville Cottage). 1 double and 1 twin bedded rooms with handmade wrought iron beds, shower room with a walk-in shower, hand-basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Open-plan living space with fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, dining table and chairs as well as comfortable sofa and chairs. Air source heat pump with underfloor heating throughout. Patio doors open out onto the decking area and garden where guests can sit out and soak up the sunshine and relax.
There's WiFi, DVD player, FreeSat, HD-TV's in both the sitting room and main double bedroom.

A large decking area with garden furniture and wooden picnic table to sit and relax and watch the flora and fauna right on our doorstep. cycle rack, private off-road parking area. Both properties share the spacious enclosed garden, overlooking our horse manage and countryside, making the cottages ideal for couples and families. Local amenities incs Approx 500yds to General Store/post office and Medical Centre, with nearby Pubs at Roydon & Congham.
Surrounding Area
Just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast where you will find mile after mile of sea and sand perfect for relaxing on a warm summers day as well as a visit to the RSPB bird reserves at Snettisham or Titchwell and Pensthorpe Natural Park as seen on BBC Spring-watch. Don't forget the beautiful Sandringham Estate with the house, gardens and museum to explore. Old fashioned seaside town of Hunstanton with a fun fair, Sea Life Sanctuary and a sports and leisure center. Short drive and explore the historic market town of King's Lynn from their excellent rail link to Ely, Cambridge. Approx 1 hour drive to Norwich visit the beautiful Catherdral, Castle, superb shopping and of course home of the Canaries Football team or The beautiful Norfolk Broads and visit the many National Trust properties in the area. There is an hourly bus service from the village into King's Lynn daily with the bus stop located approx 50yds from the farm entrance.
