Description
Mariners is a fully modernised bungalow which sleeps up to six people.The Kitchen has a recently fitted Howdens Kitchen with all new appliances.
The Dining Room has a modern solid wood dining table and seating for six guests.
The sitting room is a lovely light and spacious room with vaulted style ceiling, two comfy sofas (replaced in 2023) and a wood burning stove, 42 inch flat screen television with DVD player and free view. French doors open out onto the patio area.
There is a cloakroom which is near the back door with a WC and wash basin, ideal for children when playing in the garden.
In the rear hall there is a bookcase with books,games, DVD's and CD's
The master bedroom is a twin bedroom at the front of the house , with two single beds, bay window, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It has an en suite shower room with shower washbasin and WC.
Bedroom two is a charming room with attractive double bed and freestanding wardrobe. There is a door which opens out onto pretty cottage gardens.
Bedroom three is another twin bedded room with single wardrobe and a smart TV.

Outside Property
The property is accessed via a five bar gate and is set back from the road. There is a gravelled driveway with off road parking for up to three cars to the front of the property.
A real feature of this property is the lovely pretty cottage gardens to the rear which is mainly laid to lawn with archways, mature trees and shrubs.
There is also a spacious patio area with garden furniture, BBQ and log store.
Additional Information - Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Please note the small patio area is fully enclosed. The lawned garden area does have a fence all the way round , however there is no chicken wire , so more adventurous small dogs may escape.
Surrounding Area
There are plenty of things to do in this area such as walking from Holme to Thornham along the boardwalk near the bird sanctuary and Holme to Hunstanton along the beach .
Taking the bus to Burnham Market , or to Holkham where there is a lovely walk to Wells. (We are only 50 yards from the bus stop for the popular Coastliner).
Day trips to Blakeney or Holt where there are lots of gift and art shops.
Seal trips are very popular from village of Morston. Other places to visit are Walsingham , Houghton Hall , Sandringham and Holkham Hall.
Closer to Mariners a visit to Drove Orchard is well worth it , there are plenty of places to eat , dress shops , baby shop . Garden centre , Eric’s fish and chips, pizza ,Ice cream and coffee shop and a very nice farm shop.
There are also lots of eating and drinking places close by such as , The Lifeboat and Orange Tree at Thornham , Deli at Thornham and the Gin Trap at Ringstead and of course the fabulous White Horse at Holme next Sea , only a ten minute walk from Mariners.
For the keen golfer there are plenty of quality golf courses nearby.
