'Sea Henge' has been tastefully refurbished to a high standard by the owners who live adjacent. Offering two bedrooms with a king size and double bed.

Entrance Hall with ample space for coats, boots and flip-flops.

Spacious ground floor Cloakroom with WC and vanity wash basin.

A well equipped kitchen leading to a relaxed living/dining space. In the warmer months throw open the doors and enjoy eating 'al-fresco' dining in the pretty courtyard garden.

Beyond this relaxing space is an inner hallway with screen separating the cottage from the owners utility space (please see photos for reference). A steep staircase leads to the first floor sleeping accommodation and en-suite shower room.

First Floor:

With two bedrooms available the larger (Bedroom 1) offers a king size bed with ample storage and gives access to the only shower room.

En-suite Shower room - with WC, wash hand basin and step to walk-in shower enclosure with electric shower*

The second bedroom has a double bed that sits against the wall, therefore this may only be suitable for one adult or perhaps an older child.

*PLEASE NOTE: The Shower Room is located off the MAIN BEDROOM ONLY and is therefore en-suite to the master bedroom. It is also worth mentioning that access into the shower cubicle is slightly smaller than standard, but still practical for the average sized person.

Outside Property

Garden: There is a small enclosed courtyard area outside the doors for exclusive use by guests. There is gated and private access at the side of the cottage with the owners having their own private access at the front of the house.

Parking: A single off-road parking space is available.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Pets: No pets are permitted at the property.
Also provided: All linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
Books and games. Welcome tray.
Notes: This is a non-smoking property. Maximum occupancy 3 guests.

Surrounding Area

An ideal couples escape with so much on your doorstep, fondly known as 'Sunny Hunny' where the sun sinks into the sea. Great location for bird watchers and ramblers with RSPB Titchwell and Snettisham a short distance away. Also Kenhill, Sandringham and Norfolk Wildlife Trust close by. Hunstanton boasts two local sandy beaches and access to the King Charles coastal path.
