The Beach Hut is a modern, family friendly, homely house, situated very close to the beach and also close to the town centre. It is fully central heated and very cosy. It is on a very quiet road with its own parking and no through traffic. Free wi-fi is provided. We are also very proud to be able to say that we have a number of holidaymakers who repeat book with us. We also have a Facebook page - The Beach Hut in Hunstanton. We are pleased to say that The Beach Hut has had a recent Fire Risk Assessment and complies with the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 which all holiday lets should now be familiar with.
Prices are for full occupancy, discount may be available for smaller bookings. Short breaks are also available. Please enquire if you would like details regarding either of these.

ACCOMMODATION comprises of:

KITCHEN/DINER
The kitchen/diner has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, electric double oven and hob, Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine and a microwave. The kitchen is also very well equipped, including the obvious kettle and toaster but also with a slow cooker, casserole dishes and every imaginable utensil and USB points on some sockets. The dining table seats 6 and there is also a high chair and booster seat.
LOUNGE
The lounge has sofas and a kids' corner with a little table and chairs and a toy box. There is a television, DVD player and a Wii with games.

There is also a downstairs toilet with wash basin.

BEDROOM 1
The main bedroom has a high quality, king size bed with wardrobes and two chests of drawers. There are USB points on some sockets.
BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom is a twin bedded room with wardrobe and two chests of drawers. There are USB points on some sockets.
BEDROOM 3
The third bedroom has adult size bunk beds and a chest of drawers. There are USB points on some sockets.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a new, larger sized shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.

Bedding is available for an extra charge (exc travel cot bedding). Towels are not available.

Babies/children - There is a travel cot (no bedding), one stair gate, potty and stool, high chair, booster seat and plenty of plastic plates, bowls and cups, and children's cutlery.

The area is peaceful at night despite being so close to so much.

The Beach Hut is equipped to ensure your stay is as home from home as possible.

We regret that pets and smoking are not allowed at this property. However a family dog does visit occasionally so please check with us if you have any dog allergies. A damages deposit of £75 is also payable, which will be refunded after the property has been vacated and checked by our cleaner.
