Tucked away in the beautiful Glaven valley, No3. The Postyard is a traditional flint cottage providing comfortable accommodation for two guests.

On entering the cottage you will find yourself in the cosy living room with an open fireplace, comfortably furnished with a dining table and chairs, sofa, armchair and television. A door leads through to the kitchen which is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge.

The bedroom, with twin single beds, and the bathroom which includes WC, wash basin, bath and shaver point are located on the first floor.

The cottage is heated by storage heaters and an immersion heater located in the bathroom provides hot water, electricity is charged in addition to the weekly rental price.

The cottage benefits from a private driveway with off road parking and a quiet private lawned garden with summerhouse.

A well behaved adult dog is welcome for a small additional charge.

No Smoking.

Letting is normally for full weeks however shorter stays may be possible on request.

Outside Property

The cottage benefits from its own driveway with off road parking and a quiet private lawned garden with summerhouse.

Directly outside the front of the cottage is a small patio area with a table and seating.

There is space to store visitor bikes in one of the garden sheds.

Surrounding Area

Located 1 miles from the Georgian market town of Holt, the cottage is a convenient base from which to explore the many attractions of the North Norfolk countryside and coastline.

There are many coastal walks and the area is popular with bird watchers, with the Norfolk Wildlife Trust Visitor Centre in Cley and Natural Surroundings at the Bayfield Estate nearby.

The National Trusts Blakeney Point, Felbrigg Hall and Blicking Hall are all a short drive away and for those wishing to experience culture, history or even shopping, the Cathedral City of Norwich is a mere 40 minute drive.

Letheringsett water mill and the Kings Head pub are both a short walk from the cottage via the the River Glaven and its ford and footbridge.
