On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a light and airy bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Bedroom one is a lovely modern twin bedroom.

Bedroom two is a walk through room, when set as a single or as a twin for children the door can be closed which leads to the bedroom three stair case.

All single beds are full size, with comfy mattresses duvets & pillows.

Bedroom three is a large sunny room with king size bed, relaxing chair & footstool and TV.

BabyDan retractable stairgate installed, highchair, cot and extra stair gate available.

The property is double glazed and has modern gas fired central heating.

Mid week & weekend lets available in Low season.

With it’s pine trees, sand dunes and colourful beach huts it can be reached easily on foot, via the Wells Harbour miniature railway or plentiful parking is available via beach road.
