Beech Syde is a cosy detached bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Wells-next-the-Sea.
The spacious lounge diner has a wood burner, two large sofa's, TV and DVD player. A selection of DVD's, books, jigsaws and games are provided. The dining area has bifold doors and lovely views of the garden. The extendable dining table seats up to 4 people. A stable door from the lounge leads to a lobby area which is useful as an enclosed space for dogs or as storage for outdoor equipment.
The well equipped kitchen has an electric cooker with fan oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave.
The double bedroom is entered through a door from the lounge and the twin bedroom is accessed from the hall. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds in addition to curtains. Bed linen is provided and beds are made up as required.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. There is a washer dryer in the cupboard in the bathroom for guest use. Towels are provided.

The bungalow has Parquet flooring throughout and central heating. There is free Wi Fi.

One well-behaved dog is permitted at £25 extra per stay and two dogs at £40.

Outside Property

Beech Syde has a very pretty south-facing rear garden which is private and enclosed. The garden has a lawn, borders with shrubs and plants and a large patio area with garden furniture and sun umbrella. The front garden has a beech hedge which gives privacy to the bedrooms at the front of the property.
There is off-road parking for one car on the front drive.

Surrounding Area

Beech Syde is in a peaceful location close to all the amenities of Wells-next-the-Sea. It is the perfect place for a coastal holiday and an ideal base for exploring the delights of Wells-next-the-Sea and North Norfolk.

The bungalow is situated near to St Nicholas Church and 200 metres from The Bowling Green Inn. It is within easy walking distance of the Quay (8 minutes) where there are boat trips around the harbour and where crabbing is popular. The delightful open space at the Buttlands is a short stroll away and there are two hotels with restaurants which overlook the green. A variety of shops including gift shops, galleries and a butchers and bakers, can be found on nearby Staithe Street. There is also a large supermarket within a 5 minute walk. The Wells Maltings Arts Centre offers a wide variety of entertainment and information including a heritage exhibition, theatre, cinema, art exhibitions, a cafe and visitor information centre.

Holkham Hall with its extensive grounds is only two miles away. The park has many traffic free paths and trails which can be explored on foot or on cycles that can be hired here.

There are many fabulous walks to choose from including those along the beach and through the pinewoods at Wells and Holkham.

The area is very popular with bird watchers. There are excellent nature reserves and visitor centres at Titchwell and Cley. Oyster catchers, ringed plovers and pink footed geese are all regular visitors to the area.
