The Boat House is a lovely single-story, 2 double-bedroom period holiday cottage, with an open fire, WIFI, sunny enclosed garden and parking, only minutes from the quay at Wells. Open all year for holidays and weekend breaks.
The Boat House features an open-plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room with an open fire, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath and washing machine.
The cottage runs off gas central heating. The kitchen includes a full-size fridge freezer, microwave, oven and iron.
The dining room area comfortably seats four. The sitting room area has two sofas and a flat screen TV and DVD player.
Children are welcome and catered for - we have a travel cot and high chair, and as the cottage is single story there are no stairs to consider! The outside area is fully enclosed with access from the front and back via two gates, both of which have bolts at the top to keep small children (and dogs) safely inside.
Pets: Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement - there is a £25 pound charge. We would be grateful if dogs were kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture at all times.
The property is non smoking.
Week rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months, but during the winter we are flexible to allow for long weekend breaks.
