With it's own private, separate entrance to the side of the owners property, the front door opens into a large, open plan living room and kitchen with a wall of glass sliding windows opening onto a private patio area. Finished in a modern, contemporary style, and with a tiled floor, the sitting area is furnished with a large sofa, an armchair and colourful cushions to provide a cosy and comfortable place to watch TV, read or just relax during your stay. There is a Smart TV with access to Sky TV, all the usual channels and Netflix.

To the rear of this spacious living area is a kitchen/diner. An integrated fridge-freezer, single oven/grill and microwave, a two ring induction hob, integrated dishwasher and washing machine provide all mod-cons and we’ve made sure to make your stay as comfortable as possible by supplying lots of cutlery, crockery, glasses, cookware, pots and pans (we operate a “who wants to worry if there are enough clean cups or glasses while you are on holiday” policy!) Pets are also made especially welcome with food bowls, a treat jar and dog towels provided!

A wide hallway leads to the generously sized, dual aspect master bedroom with a king-size bed and a dressing area featuring a range of fitted wardrobe space and drawers.

All luxury bed linen and hand and bath towels are provided and all our beds are furnished with hypo-allergenic 7.5 tog duvets, micro-fibre pillows and mattress and pillow protectors.

Off the bedroom, and with another door back into the hallway, is a en-suite, fully tiled shower room with a large, walk in style rainhead style power- shower, sink and loo. There is additional storage space and a large heated towel rail.

To the front of the house there is a designated off road parking space for one-car.

Through the glass doors of the living room is a fully enclosed patio area with beautiful Norfolk Reed fencing, a BBQ and outdoor seating for two.

There is off road parking for one car.
