Accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom, the other with 2 singles. The large lounge with marble fireplace is fitted with a three piece suite. Freeview digital TV and DVD, dining table and chairs. There is oil central heating and a Merriflame fire in the lounge. The kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator, washing machine, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave together with the usual utensils. A toaster, coffee maker and CD/radio are also provided. The property is traditional furnished to a high standard with some antiques. WiFi is available at the property.
Bedding is provided but you will need to bring your own duvet cover, sheets, pillow cases. table cloth, towels and tea towels. The bungalow is cleaned before each visit by a local caretaker. We regret no pets allowed.

Sleeping Arrangements

Detached bungalow, sleeps up to 4. 1 Double bedroom with ensuite, 1 with twin beds. Also a separate bathroom with toilet, bath & stand in shower cubical. Property is furnished to a high standard with some antiques. Please note Rental is one week minimum. Fuel & power are included in the rental. Sorry, no smoking inside the property. Weybourne is part of the Deep History Coastline recently featured on CountryFile.

Outside Property

The property has traditional flint front and walling and is situated on the edge of the village. There is off-road parking for 2 cars plus a garage at the rear of the bungalow. There is a private rear garden with a large patio, complete with picnic table and lawned area. Deckchairs, table & chairs are also provided

Surrounding Area

A quiet location off the main coastal road. There is a village shop / coffee house and the local pub, The Ship, serves excellent food to a high standard, all within walking distance of the property. The popular steam train, The Poppy Line, runs from Holt to Sheringham with a stop at Weybourne station. Lots of coastal walks and National Trust places of interest within a few miles of the property. The beach is within easy walking distance.
