Description
This quaint and cosy cottage is well furnished and finished go a high standard. The living room has a comfy two seater sofa and one plush wingback chair, a dining table and four chairs. The Welsh dresser has everything you could need to dine in and the kitchen is well equipped to cook delicious meals using local produce or simply plating up a healthy portion of fish and chips. The kitchen holds plenty of dry food and produce storage as well as a large fridge.
The bedroom boasts a luxurious king sized bed with soft, good quality bedding and linens. There are an array of pillows, throws and blankets for your comfort. The bedroom also has a chest of draws, hanging wardrobe and bedside tables to organise your belongings during your stay. A hair dryer and large mirror are also provided.

One large bedroom with a king-sized bed. Fresh bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels. A bathroom with wash basin, bath with overhead shower and toilet. An attractive lounge/diner, with flat screen TV and Freeview, dining table and chairs and Welsh dresser. A supplementary heater is also supplied. The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge, microwave and a traditional pantry. Newly installed heating system throughout. Parking is available in the forecourt with roadside and public parking very close by. Regretfully no pets or smoking are allowed.

Situated in a private square in the attractive Georgian Market Town of Holt, this cosy terraced cottage is perfectly located for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coast and countryside.
Built in 1882, the cottage is of traditional brick and flint and is tastefully and comfortably furnished.
Holt boasts many lovely shops, restaurants and public houses, all within walking distance. The coastal villages of Blakeney, Salthouse and Cley are only 4 miles away, offering picturesque views and a haven for bird watchers and walkers. Sheringham is also close by, with its steam train, Saturday market and it's lovely seafront walks. The more traditional seaside resort of Cromer is within easy driving distance, offering an old-fashioned pier and it's famous locally caught crab. Holt is also renowned for its Christmas lights. During the festive period the town is transformed into a haven of sparkling lights and is a delightful place to shop.
